If you're using Classic Fanpop, then you'll see a button called 'fan of it?' under whatever you're viewing. If you're using Modern Fanpop, you'll see 2 arrows pointing up and down. Up = Upvote/like. Down = Downvote/dislike. Again, these buttons are under whatever you're viewing.

Rating - in its original sense, as in giving content a rating between 1 and 5 - hasn't been possible on fanpop for some years. Instead, anda can fan content anda like. This is done oleh clicking the green button which says "fan of it?". Once clicked, it'll turn grey and the menulis will change to say "I'm a fan". It's located on the bottom right beneath a video atau an image, on the puncak, atas right above an artikel and on the right selanjutnya to a link. Other types of content - kuis questions, answers, forum posts - can't be fanned.
