Old neighbour keeps warning us about our house

My husband and I just moved in this remodelled house last bulan with our toddlers. It’s a Victorian-inspired halaman awal that we got for a low price. We were so happy and excited to this new life waiting for us. But our joy is disturbed lately oleh the old lady living selanjutnya door. She’s been saying that our house is cursed atau haunted atau something. She keeps telling me to burn sage atau do some ritual thing to drive away bad spirits. I know Lima women can be a little traditional diberikan the abuelita was like that but my husband and I don’t really believe in ghosts atau the supernatural. Should I just take precaution and follow what the lady is saying? We haven’t felt anything peculiar yet. How do I tell the old lady to lay off from us?
