The Hub, the new televisi network being launched oleh the Discovery Channel's parent company and the Hasbro toy company, has announced on Monday that it will run the American premiere of the Deltora Quest fantasi anime series. The 52-episode series is based off a series of novels oleh Australian writer Emily Rodda.

The series "tells the saga of The Shadow Lord, an evil sorcerer who has taken over the kingdom of Deltora oleh destroying a magical object known as The sabuk of Deltora. Throughout the course of the series, young warrior Lief, his mentor Barda and young melati travel around the land of Deltora to return the seven gems to the sabuk and save the kingdom."

DCI Los Angeles, the U.S. division of Dentsu, Inc., had already announced in February that it is running the series on the Cartoon Network in Australia and New Zealand this spring. The anime ran in jepang from 2007 to 2008.

Discovery Communications and Hasbro will launch The Hub on October 10 in 60 million homes.

Jasmines Mother Told melati that she should gabung Lief and Barda on there quest.After that Jasmine,Lief and Barda Went to Finish the Quest.on the Way Lief,Barda and melati keep on bumping into this man named Doom.He turned out to be the Leader of the Resistence.In the book Return to Del melati and her friends find out that Doom is really Jarred and he is Jasmines Real Father.

Deltora Quest is based off of a series of buku oleh Australian writer Emily Rodda. The series "follows the adventures of three companions, Lief, melati and Barda, as they journey across the mysterious land of Deltora to recover magical artifacts and defeat Guardians of the evil Shadow Lord."

The 52-episode series will begin airing in April 2010. Cartoon Network also holds DVD and merchandising rights to the series in Australia and New Zealand.

Cartoon Network will also handle free-to-air and broadband distribution, as well as DVD and merchandising rights in these territories.
