TV Guide has done 2 covers - one with DE, and one with SE. I can say with complete honesty and without bias that DE's is much nicer. On SE's, Stefan is facing Elena side-on, while she's looking straight ahead at the camera, with this 'sexy/amused' expression on her face, and holding his tie with one hand.
