HOW DO anda FIND THE SHINY LEADARY POKEMON

well..this is what i know. first u get a pokemon that knows Sweet Scent: oddish,tropius etc.Then u go to where u can get the legendary. Save,and then stand in front of it. Use Sweet Scent and immediatly battle it. It should be shiny. If it's not,load the saved file and do it again until it becomes shiny. If it does not.... sue me.
