Who do anda think was behind the shoot out at the bar at the end of the season 5 finale "Pay Up"?

Who do anda think was behind it? People think Robert Dunbrook, but he should be grateful that the NYPD helped get his son Conner back from the kidnappers who also killed Det.Angell. I think it may have been a kidnapper that may have gotten away, atau someone behind the kidnappings. What do anda think?
