as anda say it was never really clarified though most people assume as much. but food for thought to back up it being canon is that when mia finds out that chase lost his virginity to brooke haley (lucas' best friend) balasa "I challenge anda to find a boy that did not lose his virginity to Brooke Davis" which to me implies confirmation that lucas did in fact lose it to brooke.
