Doesn't sound like B/B to be honest. We know Brennan wants to have a child if she asks Booth to be the father, so it's not exactly a shock to her, is it? We don't even know if this is Bones they're talking about. Interesting article, though.

In my opinion, it sounds more like it's related to Grey's Anatomy but you never know!

It could be Bones because Booth is supposed to go to hospital so if Brennan gets pregnant now and Booth is sick, she might not want the baby because the timing would be really bad for Booth... I hope I'm wrong though!

I think it will be Meredith from Grey's Anatomy. The BB isn't a surprise, its planned as well!

I don't think it's Brennan.
I mean sure with all the problems mentioned around this but for us it wouldn't really be that surprising as we know all season that BB will get in bed together and that Bones has the wish. So I don't know if she would be against this new development.

And otherwise: if they only just have sex in the last episode. How is it that she could already be pregnant in a month? They wouldn't shorten this to one epi, would they?

I don't it could be some other show, but my mom and I always thought the actress looked like she might really be pregnant so that might be why the show would be willing to risk it.

I honestly have NO guesses as to who it would be...but I do think it would count as a shock if it was Brennan because even though she says she wants it (from spoilers we have read!) that doesn't mean she wants it NOW...but really I don't think it is BB, but I have no clue honestly!
