Katara is still alive in the show, and I'm pretty sure Zuko's still alive also.
But as for Toph, Sokka and Suki, NO ONE KNOWS O_O

There are 2 comic book series that happen after the TV series. The first one is called "The Promise" about how they deal with rebuilding the world. The detik one (which has just started) is called "The Search" which is about the cari for Zuko's mom. link
