After Jack told Carly about Janet wanting to have a baby with him in order to save Liberty's life, Carly told him she would accept it because she happens to cinta him and that he is her true north.
This was the scene where Carly told Jack that he was free from his guilt in regards to Brad's death and the two of them unknowingly ended up conceiving their fourth child.
