More interesting...

Death Note is definitely shounen; it was serialized in Shounen Jump. No big deal, though, since you chose the first anime that came to mind; I just had to point it out because I enjoy correcting people. It gives some meaning to my otherwise worthless life. xD

Now that I think about it, a ton of my favorite shows are comedies about high school kids. This is rather ironic, considering how much I loathe high school. I love seinen anime too, but I actually prefer them a little slow-paced.

Well I like more comedy type anime about high schoolers,don't really pay much attention to genre because I like both but High School Comedy more overall of the two.

Hm, though i pretty much enjoy both the same!

I generally prefer the lighthearted stuff to the darker stuff. Most of the time anyway.

I never liked Highschool comedies.
I am more of a horror fan. ^^;

I don't watch seinen thrillers... If their anything like death note then I probably won't like them...

Depends I guess but I find myself liking these types of Animes more lately. Sometimes they really touch on high school issues while also being funny and awesome

There is way more room for unique stories and unexpected plot twists with seinen.
I've kinda grown tired of school comedies over the years -.-
