Can anyone remember the name of this manga?

I'm trying to find the name of a komik jepang I read about 4 years yang lalu in middle school. It was a black-and-white horror komik jepang about a young, sickly girl who lives with either her aunt and uncle atau some relative/family friend couple who are taking care of her because her parents died (?). She doesn't eat much atau talk, if I'm remembering correctly, and I'm pretty sure there's this whole thing where her uncle thinks she should be in a mental hospital because she can see ghosts and no one believes her. I don't remember exactly what happens, but there's this guy the girl knows who I'm pretty sure the aunt and uncle know exist and think they're dating atau something, but he's actually a demon/ghost thing who follows her around and tries to take care of her. Long story short, she finds this creepy cemetary/church place in the woods and for some reason she goes inside and these weird labah-labah, laba-laba things with creepy faces (I think they claim to be gods/angels) make her sign this contract where she has to get them souls atau lose her own. So her and the demon/ghost boy have to go around figuring out how to put ghosts/spirits to rest in order to fulfill the contract. I remember three specific souls/stories they reap: one where they go to this empress/queen world where everything seems perfect at first but then its revealed that the empress is taking the most beautiful girls in the kingdom and directing them and taking her favorit part of their bodies to make into the perfect body for herself. She sees the mc and falls in cinta with her eyes, and tries to take them but fails for some reason. Another ghost they put to rest is this women who is drowning little boys in a lake for some reason. And the last one I can remember was when the mc has to put this teen girl to rest who I'm pretty sure is her friend from when they were younger (?) who has this razor that she kills her bullies with, and in the end, she kills herself with the razor I think??
