What anime? (2 animes)

If I remember correctly, the first anime that I forgot was about about a world where it was full of technology, and one day, a girl comes down and has to defend it. She meets a guy that shows her what the human world is really like, and that's all I know.

The detik anime was about people on a spaceship, they were fighting against some guy. It starts off oleh people climbing a moutain to see the spaceship, then they get asked questions. If incorrect, they get kicked off. The main character has a machine implemented into his eyes.
