None of mine are based fully on just God, but have god-like characters that can manipulate human souls and fates.



07 Ghost has some religious elements and death gods in it. But not a lot of playing with humans.

[pictured] Zombie Loan has a lot of playing with people's lives, making death deals and life loans. It's pretty interesting but sadly there is only one season. It's one of the few anime that I actually finished the rest with komik jepang because the story and concept was really interesting. Another interesting thing in the plot was someone steals a Shinigami's powers

Hell Girl is based around the concept of humans making deals to Ai to send people to hell and the payment is that person's soul. Very dark and very interesting concepts are touched in the anime. Lots of moments where anda do root against the villain of each episode and want justice for the wronged, but are conflicted at the price it took to achieve it.
