Rant topic: naruto haters.

naruto is my favourite anime. I wish there wasn't so much hatred towards it... I don't understand where it all comes from. Is it just because it's popular? I agree that the majority of populer things (especially when it comes to music) don't deserve their popularity, but not in the case of Naruto. I have never had the pleasure of watching atau membaca something with lebih rich and endearing characters than naruto and the plot and setting are excellent too, in my opinion. There's a depth to the naruto world that's almost Tolkien-like. I don't think it is overrated at all. If anything, it is perhaps underrated, considering how much hatred there is out there towards it.

People complain about it being 'too long' and saying 'the komik jepang writer doesn't know when to stop'. If an anime series (or any kind of series for that matter) is good, it should continue until the writer runs out of ideas. Kishimoto clearly hasn't run out of ideas yet and is not 'milking' anything. The plot is just as awesome as it ever was and gets thicker and thicker. When anda come to the end of an excellent anime, anda really miss it. A lot of anime (such as Blue Exorcist) are great, but feel far too short and some of these don't reach their potential because of the limited amount of episodes they have. Their endings feel abrupt and leave a lot of viewers (well me, anyway) feeling unsatisfied... but naruto doesn't have this problem.

Another thing people say about naruto is that it's 'unrealistic' because 'Naruto's ideals wouldn't work in real life' and blah, blah, blah. If anda want something realistic, why not get out there and live life? I thought the idea of fiction was to ESCAPE reality. Besides, how can anda bash Naruto/Naruto Shippuden for encouraging people to forgive others and never give up? It's not as though it does it in a puke-inducing-children's-show type way.

Rant topic: FMA 2003 vs. FMA Brotherhood

I wish everyone would stop fighting over which anime is better. Both of them have their strong points, and both are worth watching! I wish people wouldn't just watch one of them and not watch the other one just because someone told them that it sucks. I guess I'll break it down here.

FMA 2003: Yes, it's different from the manga. But it's still able to stand on it's own as it's own story. And it's still interesting. If anda like dark themes, then definitely watch this one. It's also really emotional and gives lebih attention to characters that didn't get as much attention before. And it's funny too! It's definitely worth the watch.

FMA Brotherhood: This is the one that is lebih humor based. But it has an awesome story too! It's not AS dark as the original 2003 anime, but it definitely has it's dark moments in there, and there some characters have some really good backstory, and can get really emotional as well. It's a really fun anime, and is worth the watch as well.

I myself prefer the 2003 anime, but that doesn't mean I don't like Brotherhood! I've had my ups and downs on my opinion of Brotherhood, but secara keseluruhan, keseluruhan it's a very good tampil and deserves the attention it gets. Both are great shows and people should stop attacking each other over which one is better.

Rant Topic: Nakama Power-ups

I don't think I need to explain why this is something to rant about. I'll just say a few things about it in a calm, subtle and orderly fashion...

WHAT THE berbuat curang, fudge IS WITH ALL THOSE POWER-UPS? LIKE WHERE DO THEY EVEN COME FROM?! IMAGINE IF anda SUDDENLY FAVED THE ANTAGONIST DUE TO BACKSTORY atau SOME SORT OF EPIC STUFF THEN THE MAIN PROTAGONIST SUDDENLY GETS A POWER-UP FROM NOWHERE TO BEAT THEM?! WHAT THE FUDGE! IT'S LIKE anda CAN PASS A FINAL TERM EXAM JUST oleh BELIEVING IN YOUR friends AND OTHER BS STUFF! IF AND I SAY IIIFFF THE PROTAG DOESN'T GET A POWER-UP THEN THE ANTAG WOULD MOST LIKELY BE NERFED UP SO MUCH IT HURTS! SERIOUSLY WHY EVEN MAKE AN AWESOME ANTAGONIST WHO IS OBVIOUSLY GONNA BE THE fan FAVE SO EPIC IF anda WOULD JUST HUMILIATINGLY MAKE THEM LOSE AT THE END!?!?!?! AT LEAST IF YOU'RE GONNA MAKE THEM LOSE, MAKE A VERY VALID AND LOGICAL EXPLANATION OF IT AND NOT JUST DUE TO EMOTIONS THAT ONLY SERVE TO BOOST YOUR DESIRE TO WIN!!!!!!!
