Stella C3-Bu is about moe girls in an airsoft gun club that's on right now. It's officially on my "dropped" list, as are all other moe series, but I do still watch it from time to time for that moe fix.
Well Azusa wasn't part of the group until later in the show, I'm assuming that's why people tend to dislike her. Maybe she "bugs you" because you're only used to the original four? :P
