Regarding a story from AH Mystery Magazine, sixties

The story is about a doctor whose daughter is kidnapped, tortured, and killed oleh a man. The dr then captures the man. He removes his organs and keeps them alive oleh machines. He puts his head on a meja and a mirror in front of him and forces him to see this. He also cut out his tongue so he couldn't scream. Does anyone remember anything about this? Title, author, etc.
