On Sunday, Rosie and Nicholas decided to visit Westminster and do some lebih shopping in Regent jalan, street and Piccadilly Circus. Jason was still recovering from yesterday's mishap when one of his smarter group members told him that it might be easier to spot Nicholas in the main shopping districts. Jason thought it was a great idea, as in that way, they could disguise themsleves among the crowds and store displays. However, Scruffy and Buzzy were up to their usual antics, and Jason told them, "If anda two don't stop your folly, then I will have to get rid of anda both from my group!" The duo didn't seem to take his threat very seriously, though. In Westminster, the friends took plenty of foto around Big Ben. Rosie said, "This must be the most famous clock tower in the world!" Nicholas replied, "It truly is, love!" Just then, both of their tummies grumbled. "Oh, I think we better eat lunch first before shopping." "Yes, you're right." They continued walking and had a delicious meal at a pizza restaurant near Trafalgar Square. Afterwards, they took lebih foto within the area and even did some funny poses with the lion statues and fountain. The friends couldn't stop laughing as they reviewed their foto while walking. The first store that they visited was Hamleys, which was overflowing with happy children and storekeepers who were eager to demonstrate the toys. There was also an area where customers could make and customize their own plush toys. Rosie got intrigued and made a London-themed teddy bear. Nicholas remarked, "That's an adorable beruang anda chose, Rosie." "Thank you. He's very soft and huggable, too." Replied Rosie. Next, they visited a large apparel store in Piccadilly. Jason and his gang managed to sneak inside and plan on how they can capture Nicholas. Jason said, "Let's pretend to be mannequins oleh dressing up and standing still. Then, when that hairball sees us, he will be so scared that we can easily beat him up!" The others agreed, except Scruffy and Buzzy, who were lebih interested in exploring the store. Jason then had to force the clothes on them and remind them to freeze whenever they pindah a single inch. Unfortunately, this scheme was unsuccessful, as Rosie and Nicholas didn't notice them when they passed oleh the area. This made Jason impatient and angry at the same time. Also, one of the storekeepers did notice them and said, "You are not supposed to wear those clothes here. anda have to wear them in the fitting room!" They immediately took them off and ran away as fast as they could with the storekeeper chasing them. "Hey! Get back here anda rule-breaking bastards!" He shouted. Jason thought while running, "Drat! We're foiled again." When they managed to reach the exit, the storekeeper stopped and proclaimed, "I'm going to call the police about this." Afterwards, Jason and his gang left feeling defeated and in disgrace. Meanwhile, Rosie and Nicholas were watching some buskers perform when Nicholas whispered into Rosie's ear, "Rosie, you're me best friend". Rosie began to cry tears of joy as these words touched her jantung deeply. She replied, "That's the sweetest thing you've ever berkata to me, Nicholas. You're my best friend, too." The two had another long, tight hug before riding the Tube going back to their dorm again.
It is now is the last hari for exploring, and we wanted to make the most of today before packing our things. My father got intrigued oleh a perahu ride around the lake, so he asked us if we would like to try one. We got excited and accepted his offer right away. Our starting point for the perahu ride is at the tourist center in Montreux, where we bought the tickets. The ride was very relaxing and fun with the calm, crystal blue waters and snow-capped Alps. We stopped at the Vevey pier near the town square. After dropping off, we explored the area, ate lunch, and bought plenty of souvenirs. As the hari drew to a close, we took some last menit photos. We rested for a few menit before packing up. I sighed and berkata to myself, "I'm going to miss this beautiful place so much. But I know we will visit here again soon."
After my parents had finished their conversation with Dave, they told me that we will be having a hari out with his family tomorrow. I got so excited that I almost couldn't sleep. The selanjutnya day, we met his wife, Sophie, and their two daughters in the lobby. They were very happy to meet us. We then rode the bus going to Vevey, as the family planned to visit the Alimentarium food Museum. They have visited Chillon Castle, too. Although we've already been there, we decided to accompany them. It soon turns out that our detik visit was lebih fun because we had lebih companions, and we also had a conversation in the cafe while eating some ice cream. When the museum closed, we took a stroll along the lakeside, taking lots of foto and videos. It was a really enjoyable family hari out and we had a magnificent time together.
The last museum for our tour is the Historical Museum of Vevey. This museum showcases the history of the city and its surrounding areas. It also has a mission to preserve its cultural heritage. The exhibits here feature Vaud and Swiss furniture, handicrafts, old weapons, medal collections, manuscripts, engravings and paintings of minor Swiss masters. There is also a room showcasing a local event known as "The Feast of the Brotherhood of Winegrowers", which takes place about every twenty years and whose purpose is to protect the interest of vineyards and vine growers. All in all, it was a very interesting museum and we enjoyed it.
