Does That jeruk, orange penyu, kura-kura From That Cartoon Remind anda Of Zelo Oppa?

My older sister was watching Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles the other hari and I told her that the jeruk, orange one kind of reminds me of Zelo. But she didn't agree with me. I think it reminds me of Zelo oppa mostly because that one skateboards and is the youngest one. What do anda guys think, does it remind anda of him?
