Uhhh...I dunno if anda guys experience this but why is there a "DEBUG" button on the bottom right of the screen?

I just saw it randomly. At first, I was wary of clicking it, but when I did it showed the text "show logging window". Any of anda know what this means? I don't really want to risk clicking it, even though it looks harmless....
