Is there anyway to laporan someone on youtube?

There's this 10 atau 11 tahun old girl on this one hetalia video who literally wont stop trolling. She's been cursing, attacking, and even threatening people there in the comments. I saw her there months yang lalu and I go back to the video and she's still there. Almost every single komentar someone post she balasa back saying something like, "YOUR A RETARD!", atau "NOBODY GIVES A SHIT!", atau something insulting the show.

Ugh, she's not letting up at all. it seems that people in the komentar have been trying to ignore her but she seems to just get worse and worse with her replies.

Is there anyway I can laporan her at all? atau contact the people who run youtube?
