Does anyone else have(or know how to fix) distorted, slow audio on a video?

When I try watching anything on youtube the sound's all garbled, and I tried joining the HTML trial thing but it didn't help. At first I thought the problem was the computer, but I can play musik on Windows Media Player just fine. Please help!^.^'
