Her answer seemed to shock the others into silence and it allowed Becca a chance to calm herself.

Becca whispered in Luna's ear and the warrior cut the stem of a black rose. Luna took the flower, passing it around.

Without a single word, Becca took the flower, stroking it. When it opened, Luna passed it around again.
“Tell me. Is that bunga like the personality of my master? Of your Becca? Because if it is not, anda can take her now and we'll leave anda alone.”
