This little Charrie goes oleh the name "Lucia Leighton". Blonde curls, zamrud, emerald eyes and small build give her a supermodel look, minus the snobbishness and starving herself; she often eats like an elephant. She's a peppy, not-afraid-to-get-her-hands-dirty type of girl, full of enthusiasm and speeches to get anda through any tough time. This young lady is, agile, flexible, and full of energy. Human -no powers here-, but her familiarization with technology -because of her aunt and uncle, who teach advanced college courses in technology- gives her a classic range of weapons and gadgets to get her through a jam; grappling gun, stun gun, and a signature burn she leaves on her victim's neck in the shape of a lipstick-stain-kiss. One of her hobbies is experimenting with technology, creating new gadgets to use. Her past, was not dark, it was not gloomy atau tragic. She was raised on a farm in Montana, oleh a loving, caring family. When she was five, Lucia fell off the roof of her barn, slicing open her right arm, and leaving a scar. She's called it her lucky scar to this day, and often rubs on it for luck. She left for the city to fulfill a childhood dream, to be a superhero, like in the bedtime stories she heard as a child. She left at age fifteen, and was allowed into the team after discussing it with Red Tornado. She often takes on little chores around the cave, cleaning, helping out with training, hiding food from Wally, etc.. She often tag along on every mission she can force herself into, which can be very irritating to Batman. Around the cave, she's often starstruck, and stutters when she's talking, often because these were her childhood heroes; but once familiar, and comfortable, the stuttering will stop.
I genuinely apologize if someone else has already taken any of these traits, just inform me and I will adjust this character accordingly. I hope to RP with anda soon!

Okay. Wow. I can even remember how many important characters and recurring characters are brought in today. Of course, this may seem familiar if anda read the New 52 Static Shock series where Virgil joins bintang Labs. Sorta similar, but still different. Enjoy and have a great day!!!
