I was gonna make this 3rd POV, but it looked upside down so..(SilverWings's POV)
I rummaged through my dresser drawer, searching for the switch blade hidden among the socks. Call me paranoid, but there were half-a-dozen small knives hidden in my bedroom in my apartment.
Since I had moved to Gotham with my brother, and began spending all my free-time playing rebel with the gangs and rouges who ruled the streets, I had kept an arsenal of blades close at hand at all times. But now that I wouldn't be at my apartment as often, I had decided to collect my knives and store them in my bedroom at Mount Justice.
My had brushed against cool metal, and I pulled out the laser-blue switchblade and bent over my camo-pack that lay open on my bed. I inserted the blade selanjutnya to it's red twin. And froze.
"Hey," I said, feeling eyes on me.
"I think anda should carry a proper weapon."
I sighed. "Nic, anda know I hate-" I stopped when I looked up to see not my mentor, but my partner. He was staring at the full-length mirror that hung on my wall.
I blushed as I noticed his eyes were focused on me. But the red-flush drained from my cheeks as I realized exactly what he was zoned in on.
My ash-gray tank-top left my shoulders bare. Exposed on my left shoulder was the tattoo of a target, one that anda would've see through the scope of a Barrat .50 caliber sniper-rifle. The exacts weapon that gave me the bullet wound who's scar remained at the center of the cross.
"I can defend myself perfectly fine with my blades," I said, straightening up and pulling on my jaket so that the target was hidden.
"A couple of months yang lalu that may have been the case, but now..." Alek trailed off. He took a deep breath and ran a hand brought his golden-blonde hair. "I could train anda with a Glock. A hand gun at least."
"No," I said, clipping my pack closed and slipping it over my shoulder.
"Ary-"
"My answer is no, Alek. I know I'm in danger as long as I'm on the team, but so are the others."
"But most of them are meta. They have powers and abilities and skills that anda don't, that anda can't have."
"I can keep up!" I argued.
"This isn't about anda keeping up," Alek said. His voice was rose in volume. "This is about surviving."
"Surviving? And I need a gun for that?" I looked at him incrediously. He knew my opinion on guns. That I thought they brought nothing but pain and destruction. He also knew how stubborn I could be and how pointless it was to change my mind when it was set. "What is this really about?"
"Aryess," he lowered his voice. "I just want to keep anda safe. I almost lost anda once, when anda invaded C.A.D.M.U.S. I can't have that happen again."
I strided up to him until we were a hair's breadth apart. "If anda want to protect me so badly," I pulled the mask from my pocket and tied it tightly around my head, completing my heroin uniform, "join the team." I shoved past him and to the window where I departed using the api escape.
"Team, this is your newest teammate, Thirteen."
Alek stood oleh the Dark Knight proudly. "Aleksander Felis," he said. "Pleasure to meet anda all."
I lowered my head and sighed inwardly.
Did no one understand sarasm anymore?

Did no one understand sarasm anymore?
Trying to explain to Skylar why and what she wont say, and why the past may not matter, and why life sucks
Life Is a Sin : oleh Dox Eternal (ask me who that is okay, if u dont know)
Why is it a sin?
Does it really matter where i've been?
Life can take us on journeys
that no one else would understand.
If life is a sin,
Why don't we just stop livin'?
For us life may not be true,
life throws us api and we wont know what to do.
cinta is part of life,
But living is sin,
It makes no sense anymore,
we will never win.
cinta is lie, that we just keep on livin'
becasue life is a sin,
i will never understand,
Even though i aint perfect,
I am emotional,
But anda wouldn't understand
i am some one else,
B/c i'm not really who u tihnk i am,
iam, iam.
Because life is a sin,
i will never fit in,
I know,
cinta is life, but life aint good for you,
life is a sin,
and i will never know what to do, for you.
