I lay in the bed, waiting for Tala to burst through my door and "wake" me up. I sighed, wishing that Seth was here with us, but he couldn't be, he was dead. I started to get up to see why she wasn't up yet. I peeked into her room, she was still asleep.
"Wake up Sunshine" I whispered in her ear. She opened her eyes and smiled.
"Morin' Mommy" She berkata and got out of bed. She went into the dapur and sat in her chair.
"What do anda want for breakfast?" I asked her.
"PANCAKES!" She yelled and smiled. She looked so much like Seth when she did that. I made her pancake bad put them on her plate. While she was eating I went to go get ready for work. I work at a Dance academy in The city and Tala went to daycare their and took some classes too.
When she was done eating, I gave her a bath and got her dressed in her tutu and leotard since she had ballet classes first thing. I packed her bag of extra clothes and her lunch. I grabbed my purse, my bag and my car keys and headed out the door.
When we arrived I dropped Tala off at class and went to the class I was instructing. My first class didn't start till noon and Tala got out of her class at 11:30. I decided to go visit Dave. I knocked on his door.
"Come in" He said. I walked in and he looked up, a smile spread across his face.
"Hey" I said.
'Hey. Is Tala still having a party because that's all Jamie's been talking about."
"Yeah, I can't believe it she's gonna be four already.Where did the time go?" I said. He laughed.
"I know." he berkata and glanced at the clock."I have to go to my selanjutnya class." We both got up and went out the door.
My last class ended at 7:00. I picked up Tala from daycare.
"Mommy we made masks!" She told me as we walked out the door.
"What was your mask?" I asked her and grabbed her hand before crossing the parking lot.
"I drew a wolf."She said. She drew a wolf.
"What color was your wolf?" I asked her as I put her in her car seat.
"He was brown and a sandy color." She said. I smiled at her got into the car and drove home.
When I walked into our apartment ,Tala sleeping in my arms. I took her in her room, took off her clothes,put on her nightgown and laid her in her bed. I walked over to the phone and the message light was flashing. I hit the play button.
"Hey Lanise,it's Leah. anda need to call me as soon as anda get this message. Tell Tala I cinta her. Bye."
I picked up the phone and called Leah's phone.
"Hello" She berkata after she picked up on the 2nd ring.
"Hey,Leah.It's Lanise.What was your message about?" I asked her.
"You won't believe me, but Seth's back, he's alive."
I gasped. I didn't believe her, but all I could cared about was that he was alive and my little Sunshine would meet her father.
