Chapter 4
(Edwards POV)
Our meetings continued, we met, kissed, talked and ate. It was annoying about how she had to go and leave as soon as we had finished, and I didn’t even know who those crazy vampire were. This pattern continued for a very long time before I got sick of it. Even then, I just thought that maybe I was missing Carlisle. It never really ticked in my head that I had to know who those vampire were.
So we went to visit Carlisle. We travelled round the world before we finally found him. He was living in a small town called Ultapa in North America. He saw me, and welcomed me back like I was his son. Amazingly, he didn't mention anything abut mine and Jane's eyes, although I knew that he was curious and disgusted. One hari Jane went hunting, but she thought I was behind her, just being silent. In reality, I was being restrained oleh Carlisle. She ran, and he held me back, then went away (with me on his back), to an old kastil, castle that was being restored. He put me in a room, and seeing the anguish on my face, would have cried had he could of when he shut the door and left me. I was shattered inside, wondering if Jane knew that I was gone, but she wouldn't have known where I was even if she realised. I thought of her, sitting alone somewhere, calling my name, and my jantung broke. I tried to get free of this room that he had put me in, but it was impossible. I called his name, angrily, then resentfully, and then growled and snarled. I needed Jane. I wanted to be back with her. No, I needed to be back with her.
After a few hours had passed, and I was no longer calling Carlisle's name atau growling and snarling, atau trying to rip the dinding apart, Carlisle came in. The look on his face when he came in, it almost ripped my jantung out. He berkata that he was sorry; then pulled up a bangku and sat with his face in his hands. I went up to him, and put my hand on his shoulder. He looked up, and said, with sadness in his voice "Edward, what have anda done to yourself. Your eyes are a bright red, anda are with a girl from the Volturi, you've killed, what, how many people now? Edward, I would not have changed anda if I thought that anda were going to turn out like this. You've become a monster. I've lost you. And I don't think..." his voice choked up at this movement. "I don't think that I'll ever find anda again. I brought anda here to tell anda this. Jane would never let me say this."
I was stunned. He didn't seem to have noticed.
"Edward", he continued, "this girl." His voice broke off suddenly. "Remember how I told anda when I changed anda that humans could not know that anda are a vampire. Well this girl is part of the reason. Have you", his voice broke off again. "Have anda ever heard of the Volturi, Edward?" he asked. I shook my head numbly. "Well they are the reason, why humans can't know about us. They have taken on the duty of making sure everyone follows the rules. That translates to punishing transgressors. Edward..." his voice broke of yet again. "Edward, they are the worst of our kind. They are the monsters, not only ending humans lives, but vampire as well. I believe that they would make up rules just to torture people. This Jane..." Carlisle seemed to be struggling for the right word "This Jane,” he began again “her gift...Well the Volturi keep people for their gifts. Aro, who can see your thoughts, much like you, Edward, Marcus, who sees relationships, and Jane, who...” He started a new sentence "Well, just don't let her smile at you, okay?" His voice was filed with concern as he walked out the door, and left it open. I sat, wondering why Jane had not told me this earlier. I wondered why I shouldn't let her smile at me. I sat there, unable to come to a conclusion on each of them, and finally left, following Carlisle's scent, all the way back to the house.
When I was back, Jane came and threw her arms around me. She scolded me in her thoughts, but the expression on her face was relief, so I thought that it mustn’t have been too bad. Carlisle berkata that we should properly go back to Italy. I agreed, and that night we went back to Italy, back to the Volturi.

The End of the World Means Save Twilight?

The Sony Pictures website has a series of poling going on what items should be saved if the world ended in 2012. It’s all part of a PR stunt for their new movie 2012 which, as anda may have guessed, is one of those end of the world as its premise type of flicks.
Anyway, Twilight already won as the puncak, atas movie that people would preserve. It finished just ahead of Moonwalker and bintang Wars.
Now, the Twilight Saga and The Host are up for contention in the literature category, and need your votes. They are also collecting nominations for music, so menyerahkan your favorit artist.
We’re wondering if some Sony executive is banging his/her head against the dinding because the nominees and winners aren’t a landslide of Sony backed productions

8: Lock Jasper in a closet for two months. Throw mutt boy in with him so Alice can’t figure out what happened to him. When she asks anda where he is tell her he is on his honeymoon with Jane. Refuse to tell her where they went.
7: Give all her clothes to charity.
6: Encourage Jacob Black to follow her around. Constantly.
5: Ask her to go shopping with you. Don’t buy anything.
4: Ask her “what’s Jacob doing right now?”.
3: Trip her up and ask if she saw it coming
2: Ask her what anda will be doing in five menit every ten minutes.
1: Take her credit cards and shopping vouchers, hold them above your head and tell her to “jump for it”.
