Are Rachel and Rebecca Black identical twins?

In a fan fiction I particularly like, they're described as identical, but I'm not sure if that's the writer's choice atau if this is mentioned somewhere in the actual books. Can anyone remember whether they're identical twins atau just fraternal twins?

But, as their physical descriptions are the same, and no difference in their appearance is established, perhaps it's aman, brankas to assume they are identical. Please let me know if anda find anything lebih concrete on the matter, though. Oh, and, if anda can recall, please tell me the name of that fanfic. Thanks!
