This is going to be long. Really, really, really, really, really long. His name's Charlie Cheetah. Full name is Charlie Evantile Mercule Cheetah. He is a cheetah, wearing a short sleeve shirt over a long sleeve shirt. He wears pants and boots. He is a soft spoken guy who has an extremely annoying knack of trying to get people to talk to him about his past. His past is pretty much one bad event after another. His parents were secret agents at Retribution, a global form of T.U.F.F. Until Charlie was about 5, his father treated him like a girl. Charlie's mom died during a mission when he was 8. His father took it very badly. Charlie became a minion for his father shortly after his mom's death. His father was very strict, it didn't matter to his father if he was in a full body cast, his father only cared about Charlie getting the mission done that his father assigned him. From that treatment, Charlie contain several scars all over his body that will never heal. Charlie rises through the ranks of henchman, all the way up to when he is his father's most trusted and most skilled henchman. Charlie gets the name from his father of the Hidden Dragon for his ability to adapt and come out of any situation. Charlie's life as a henchman made a nasty impact on his school life. He lost seven of his friends when he was 9. He was hated and/or feared by all the children by the time he turned 12. By the time he was 15, the entire city of Petropolis hated him or feared him. Charlie made joining T.U.F.F. a goal when he turned 12. When he was 16, he started dating Charlene Catsly who will later on become Madame Catastrophe. He dumped her on his 17th birthday. He later on joined the Oblivion Squad along with his father. The Oblivion Squad is a legendary group of super-villains who are all experts in at least one field as well as the only group that Herbert Dumbrowski couldn't catch, because Charlie was assigned with the distractions to make the escapes. When Charlie turned 22, the members of the Oblivion Squad, along with his father begin to teach him what they know. Two of the Oblivion Squad members are the fathers of the Chameleon and Snaptrap making the two villains have a personal grudge against Charlie. Charlie's life as a henchman made him a lot closer with his older sister Katy. Katy is a cheetah form of Kitty, except a whole lot calmer and nicer. Charlie goes to college as well as work for the Oblivion Squad from 18 to 22. He goes to college for Medical treatments. The Oblivion Squad takes a hiatus, but keep in contact with each other through a radio frequency that uses a coding system that Charlie made himself. The communications are encrypted to sound like a bunch of gibberish. Charlie works for his father again from 23 to 26. On his 26th birthday, his father allows him to do one thing he wants, but his father said that he will allow it, not enjoy it. When Charlie told his father that he wanted to join T.U.F.F., his father kicked him out of the house the very same day and tossed his stuff out the window. Charlie spends a full month looking for a place to live, eventually finds one with the help of his sister. About a week later, Charlie takes out Snaptrap and his goons during a robbery, that DOOM desperately needs for at least a clean base. Chief sees Charlie's agility and reflexes and asks him to join T.U.F.F. Charlie instantly accepts. Charlie falls in love with Kitty and eventually gets assigned to work with her and Dudley. Charlie and Kitty usually spar once everyday, every time Kitty wins by having Charlie sent into a wall. Charlie has low self-esteem and confidence in himself since of his past and how people treated him because of it. Charlie is a kind and caring person who cares about others than himself, but he feels neglected if people just talk to him regarding missions.
