Can I ask everybody something?

Would anybody be willing to ubah the base below to make it look like my OC, Rikki ( link ) wearing this dress ( link ) and her hair in a ponytail that looks like Bridgette's ponytail only it's a side ponytail? If someone can do this for me, I'd be SOOOOOOOOOO grateful!! ^^
