When anda first meet Gaby, anda think she is a rather distant and mature little bookworm, silent and emotionless. If anda dare talk to her, anda see that she immediately points out your faults and is rather blunt (rude), and sarcastic about everything. If anda were to actually get to know her, then anda would realize that she is in fact not an emotionless and silent bookworm, but a money-hungry, cosplaying, happy, self-centered, sarcastic, otaku. Gaby gets bored very easily and dislikes boring things/ people. Gaby labels people as either “amusing”, “entertaining”, atau “boring” after observing them for some time. She is very critical and dislikes people who are “too normal, therefore, BORING”. Because of this, she does not have many friends. However, Gaby does make it a point to try to make friends with good looking people so that she can use them to make money. Gaby uses people a lot (no duh). If Gaby does something, there has to be something in it for her. Due to getting bored so easily and being in cinta with cash, Gaby entertains herself oleh starting small businesses selling things to “lower fan girls”, and scamming people. Gaby will do anything to get what she wants and does not care who she has to scam atau trick. She finds it very amusing to watch people panic over losing so much money to her due to their own cockiness and stupidity, feeling she has taught them a lesson. Gaby, like Matt, has a bit of a superiority complex which causes the two to clash. Despite being so tricky and clever, Gaby has a weak side. Gaby has declared anime and other Japanese things NOT BORING AT ALL. She obsesses over anime/manga and it’s fictional characters. When she is not thinking about money, she is thinking about anime atau manga. Gaby will usually not do something if it does not have a point but her otaku hobbies are the only exception. Gaby is one to hold grudges and will not stop until she gets revenge on anda and makes anda suffer if anda have done even the tiniest bit of harm to her. She will wring anda dry and then happily go on with her “life”. Gaby does well in school but really has no interest in it and would happily drop out if she could.

Bio and friendship with Matt: Ever since Gaby was little, she loved cute things and going all out with the way she dressed, choosing to wear lolita style dresses most of the time. As soon as she learned to read, her aunt who lived in jepang for most of her life introduced her to anime and manga. Gaby was instantly hooked and spent almost every cent she received on Japanese products. It was extremely difficult for her parents to get her interested in anything else after she became an otaku. She considered everything else boring; school, parties, people, friends etc… After a rather disappointing laporan card in the 4th grade, they decided to make a deal with her; she had to overachieve in school to be able to watch anime and read manga. Gaby panicked and made it to the puncak, atas of the class in no time (rivaling her classmate, Matt Valdez, in the process), since the work was so “boringly easy” according to her. oleh her selanjutnya laporan card, Gaby was back to her otaku activities. Gaby’s parents consider her being an otaku as a “disease”, they believe that getting her interested in something else would be “a cure”. At home, Gaby was energetic and clever, but at school, she was emotionless, uninterested, and silent. This cold behavior attracted her rival (Matt) and he developed a crush on her. He eventually accidentally confessed to her in the 5th grade… She then bluntly stated that she had no interest in him whatsoever and found him extremely BORING. Matt was angered oleh her rudeness and immediately told her off, cursing and loudly stating that he hated liking her. Gaby found his reaction very odd and interesting, entertaining really. The two have been best friends ever since. oleh the time he had known her for half a year, Matt had realized that he had Gaby all wrong, and that he did not like her that way at all. He discovered that she was probably the last girl he would ever want to have that kind of relationship with. Gaby and Matt argue a lot (mainly due to Gaby using him to make money), but he helps her scam others and she tries to assist him in his science experiments. Despite mildly enjoying tricking people into giving him and Gaby their money, Matt knows when to stop, (unlike her), and usually has to be the one to drag her away before she takes things too overboard.
