It's not a bad episode, really. It just had no chance to live up to its full potential. So many things are only touched upon fleetingly and not brought to a logical conclusion that it leaves me feeling like they did film a lot lebih of these scenes, but a lot of them ended up on the cutting room floor.
Best example: the interrogation scene and Cote's komentar about the attraction being kind of inevitable - makes me feel like this scene actually went further than what they showed us, because these, what, ten seconds? Didn't leave me with any impression of attraction. (Side note: The coloring in this finished/aired version of the scene feels totally off, doesn't work at all for me.)
