WHAT anda ARE ABOUT TO READ IS 100% TRUE AND ACTUALLY HAPPENED IN JANUARY 2015.
Around one tahun ago, in science, we were learning about adaptation, genetics, and stuff like that. That hari we were studying how different birds' beaks help them get certain types of food, so my teacher had us do an unusual activity.
At our tables, which consisted of four people, every person was handed a different tool. There was a clothespin, an emery board, tongs, and tweezers. The activity was that we had to pick up as many beans, nasi, beras grains, atau jagung kernels as we could with the tool that we were diberikan in a certain amount of time.
I was diberikan the tongs, and I couldn't pick anything up at all, while everyone else got a lot. We did this activity for a while. After the activity was over, my meja decided to continue. We switched up the tools and kept playing the unusual game. After some time, one person -- who we'll call Susan -- decided to stop. That left me and two others -- who we'll call Jimmy and Steve. Eventually, Steve got tired of it too, so that left just me and Jimmy.
We dumped the jagung kernels onto the tray, chose our weapons (I picked the emery board, and he picked the clothespin) and went to battle.
We fought our battle for quite some time, both of us pushing the kernels away from each other atau cornering them. I was in the lead. Somehow the emery board had done me good. We continued our very difficult battle while Susan and Steve watched on in interest.
Just as the battle was coming to an end, Jimmy resorted to his secret method. He reached across the meja with his clothespin and knocked over the cup that was holding all of the jagung kernels I had collected. I surrendered at this point, and the intense Kernel War was finally over.
And that is the dramatic tale of the Great Kernel War of 2015.
