	KataraLover picked Emma Roberts as Icy: All three are talented actresses that have the right look for the characters. However, what made me decide these casting choices was getting actresses that have voices with similar qualities that the 4Kids dub (The only good dub, since the characters don't all pretty much sound exactly the same). Niki has a sort of raspy quality to her voice, Hailee has a chilled quality to it, and Emma can have a very sinister sound to her voice when she plays villains (Which she has A LOT of experience playing).
