First of all, this is an opinion article. If anda have different opinions atau disagree with the article, please put down your komentar stating your opinions.

Second, this isn't meant to hurt any fan feelings, as I berkata earlier, this is an opinion article. If it hurts anda atau anda feel deeply offended, please click away immediately. If anda read it and it offends you... well, I warned you.

Third, enjoy reading.

1. Plots

I think that this was the main reason why Winx Club is ruined. Since anda all probably know, Nick took over Winx Club because Rai English joined forces (if that's the right way to explain it) with it. I think 4Kids atau Rai alone did a much better job. Don't get me wrong. I really like Nick, but this is too much. Seriously. I have to admit, season 1 through 3 was definately the best out of the six (yes, six. Even season six isn't as good as I expected it to be). In season 1 - 3, the plots made sense. Think about it.

♦ Season 1: Bloom meets Stella. Bloom goes to Alfea. Stella introduces Bloom to the pied piper, nerd, and tree-hugger. Icy and the Trix are introduced (in quite an interesting way too). Bloom has the Dragon Flame. The Trix steal the Dragon Flame. Bloom saves everyone (with the Winx's help.)

It may seem boring when I put it down, but if anda watch atau have watched season 1, you'll be surprised how amazingly the plot was and carried out. Compare this to season 5.

♦ Season 5: The Winx are students again (thought they were teachers in season 4...?) The Winx are a band.... like seriously? The Winx go to Earth to get the Lilo. Sky loses memory (and doesn't hurt atau distrust anyone surprisingly).The Trix get stronger and weaker again and again (same with the Winx). Trittanus comes. Trittanus is captured. Daphne is human.The Winx sing.

Maybe that was a little interesting oleh reading, but the season... ugh... the season just didn't make sense. Even though Aisha's part of the family made most of the plot, even Bloom, who had enough attention, fit in somehow.

That concluded my first reason.

2. Outfits

Did anda notice this one? There outfits were gorgeous in season 1 - 3. I liked 5 and 6 outfits as well, but they don't match season 1-3's uniqueness. The clothes were simple yet stylish. After season 3, I noticed the Winx's clothes changing significantly. It's lebih girlish (and I thought Musa and Tecna wore either pants atau jeans?). Take season 4 outfits for instance. Musa wears a mini-skirt, long stockings, and heels. HEELS!?! Even though I cinta Musa dearly, this is so wrong. Wrong in so many ways. And the transformations. Could they get any worse?

♦ Believix: the R & B style so called fairy transformation

♦ Harmonix: Erm... nothing wrong... yet.

♦ Sirenix: Yeah, going down the drain. The "mermaid-fairy outfit"

♦ Bloomix/Cyberix/Whatever: This one isn't cool, man. It's okay, but not cool. The only decent outfits were Tecna's, Stella's and Musa's. Bloom's, Flora's, and Aisha's/Layla's just didn't suit them. I miss the original outfits. Enchantix was ten times better than Believix. Believix ranks last on my favorit transformation daftar (Sophix and Lovix not included).

Moving on to my selanjutnya reason.

3. Voices

The voices! Look at Flora's sweet voice. What did it turn out to? Look at Aisha's/Layla's voice. I cinta Keke Palmer, but it doesn't suit Aisha/Layla's! Look at Stella's voice. WHAT DID THEY DO WITH IT?!? It's become all high-pitched and squeaky. I cinta Stella, but this voice is unnacceptable. It's Nick's fault of course. Maybe Rai's partly to blame. If Rai never partnered with Nick, maybe this wouldn't have happened. The worst is yet to come... Icy... Do anda want to know what it sounds like? It's a mix between Flora's and Stella's season 5 voices! And since I hate both of their voices, anda may realize how much lebih I despise Icy's voice. They should have allowed her original actress to voice her again, but no. It's Nick who's the king (or queen) now, isn't it? And Nick wants it all, how do anda say, childproof.

Yeah right. Leads me to reason 4.

4. Personalities

Anyone noticed this one? The Winx girls changed. They aren't those innocent girls from season 1. anda could say people change as they mature, but the Winx did not mature. In fact, I feel they were playing around. Because the plots didn't even seem serious anymore, it was like neither did they.

♦Bloom: Bloom and Daphne switched personalities in season 6 according to me.

♦Musa: Musa isn't as tomboy-ish as she was.

♦Tecna: She lost her amazingly cute British accent.

♦ Aisha/Layla: Started snapping. No, seriously.

♦Stella Stella turned into model-for-me-I-have-cool-clothes. I didn't know she craved that much for fashion.

♦Flora: Now this might upset Florists, so don't read this. You are membaca this at your own cost. She's become a major tree-hugger.

I cinta Winx Club, but Nick really went too far. Moving on to reason 5.

5. Villians.

In my opinion, season 3 had the best villian - Valtor. The Trix come next. Darkar after the Trix. Then the Wizards. And then, possibly the worst villian of all, Trittanus. I'm sure many of anda will agree with me that he was the worst. Nick made him look scary - NOT - to the little kids (under five, that is) and "meh" to kids seven and over. Even the story of Trittanus made no sense. So just choosing your brother over anda makes anda want to kill your family members? I would be happy for my brother (okay, maybe a little chargined).

He acted (I don't think he was even evil) so terribly, I think he would have been fired the menit he berkata his first line, but they kept him anyway seeing he could turn into a monster. Valtor, on the other hand, had been so evil, he didn't even need to act. Actually, Trittanus sounds like he's membaca from a script.

Trittanus *smiling; trying best to look evil*: Icy, anda will be empress.

If Valtor says the same thing...

Valtor*evil eye and grin*: Trust me Icy, anda will rule with me.

See the difference? Valtor has a bigger chance of winning Oscar. No, he wouldn't need Oscar, because he wasn't even acting.

That concludes my article. I'm sorry if I offended any fan feelings and once again you read at your own risk and this is an opinion article. One lebih thing. If anda feel like reporting it, think about the time I took menulis it. komentar if anda disagree. But thanks for membaca anyway.

SilentForce I still fail to see why people like the 4Kids dub so much.I personally think that its pretty bad dub because it cut off many scenes,altered many others,change the dialogue and made it terrible at best and replaced the original music.Also sorry but no the 4Kids one wasn't the original English dub,the Cinélume(or Rai dub as many fans call it)is the first English dub of Winx Club.Now covering some points of you article that I don't agree with: Blaming Nick for the fact that Musa became girly Musa became girly in season 4,which was one year before Rainbow had decided to have a parternship with Nick so you can't blame Nick for it Saying that Nick ruined Tecna because she doesn't have British accent anymore Tecna never had a British accent in the original Italian version or in the Cinelume dub.4Kids was the one that gave her a British accent for no reason,so again you can't blame Nick for actually sticking closer to the original by not giving her any specific accent As for Flora,I'm a big Flora fan but truth is that she was always a major tree-hugger.

KristoHam Didn't the Winx become a band in season 4? Nick just decided to continue it in season 5, that's all... About Tecna's British accent, that was something that 4Kids randomly decided to give her. If you watch the English dub of seasons 1 - 4 made by Cinelume (which is really the true version of the show since they didn't make ridiculous edits/cuts/changes from the original Italian version like 4Kids did), she doesn't have a British accent and her two voice actresses in that dub made her sound very similar to how her Nick voice ended up sounding, in my opinion. In fact, I'd say that Nick was TRYING to make her sound like she did in the Cinelume dub (since it came first). Same for Flora... Stella, though, sounds completely different from both of the other dubs (and not in a good way) so I'll give you that.

wavelove2005 I SOOO Agree !!!!! I used to love winx club , Each fairy unique and interesting It used to have a story but since season 3 it's like they have a fill in sheet for all the details.

jujyfruity I might be a little late on joining into the discussion, but after years and years (8 to be exact lol) of trying to sort things out, I think, I might perhaps finally found the metaphor that I was looking for. Winx was like my first boyfriend, my first love and, unfortunately, also my first heartbreak. We had a great relationship the first few years until it started changing in season 4. At first I didn't really notice what it was. But the animation, the music, the characters, perhaps the fact that the Winx girls weren't students anymore? Back then I thought it was simply that the Trix were gone, but now that they've been back, I know better than to mourn them. Somehow, Winx became a totally new show. I couldn't recognize it anymore. Even the merchandise changed. The Mattel dolls vanished from the shelves of Toys R Us stores just to be replaced by Simba, then Jakks Pacific and then Witty Toys, gradually degrading in quality. Winx has since been so reduced to outfit change, unrelatable small talk, wanna-be-green-activism and foreseeable plot lines that I don't even know why the f*ck I still give it a chance. Although, I admit, we did have a quick rebound during the second movie, nothing since the season finale of season 3 has touched me in any way. I honestly sometimes wish, Winx would have just been cancelled after season 3, like they did it with the 4Kids dub in America to spare us from this bullsh*t. I force myself to watch it every time a new season/movie/spin-off is released, just to be disappointed all over again. I don't know if it's too late now to change any of this, but maybe, if the background music could be changed back to the Italian one (composed by Giovanni Cera and Angelo Poggi) they had in the seasons 1-3 and more creativity and thought would run into the process of writing the dialogue and the story lines as a whole, Winx could live back up to the quality it once had. Just my opinion ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

goddeseCartoon Im replying after a year... lmao. But i agree with most of it. My opinion is that season 1,2,3 & (maybe 4 too isk) are the best seasons for me. But what i think is that remember that in the first season they like always whore the same simply but yet very pretty outfit? and you would be like super happy when they were wearing something else for like 1 episode? I have the feeling that in the last few season they change the outfit and hairstyles every single episode or something and its not even that pretty thoo.... and now about the transformation like compare the first transformation to the last one? Wtffffff??? at the last transformation they are trying to be all model ish or something and i just dont like it al all, and the songs of the transformations are so not catchy anymore

MartyEons I agree. I really liked season 1. Everything made sense and fit together perfectly in the story. Season 3 was greaValValtor is just the best. I hate season 4 and 5 really does not make any sense, but is one of my favourites because ever since the season 1 ended I wanted to see more Daphne and learn more about her backstory. Season 6 was good, but just good. It was without the doubt interesting and explored some cool ideas, but in my opinion still faled to live up to its potential. First 3 seasons had best transformations. Charmix was just the upgrade and enchantix was the first new transformation ( the real one ). That 's what made them memorable. Belivix was nothing special in my eyes. I liked sirenix because it was the power which turned Daphne into a ghost in the first place. Harmonix made clear to us from the very begining that it was just a pretransformation and that we should treat it like one. Bloomix was interesting, but tynix was my least favourite of the transformations. Unlike Sirenix which was also the second transformation in its respective season, Tynix was never mentioned before it actually appeared before our eyes and came out of nowhere. Sirenix on the other hand was referenced from the very beginning of the season. Tynix never appeared in the next season after Legendarium was locked, but sirenix did appear in season 6 after it was introduced in season 5.

bloom134 i agree with you so bad it hurts!every single word you have written is the hard truth!i LOVED winc club it was like 99 percent of my childhood and is still held a special part in my heart and seeing it change from fun and stylish to babyish and actually suitable for like 1yr olds completely broke my heart!

Now update, did you see the new winx club, like new new to the new where like you dont even know if it was the first season to began with. it really does upsets how they changed everything, from art style, to some weird plot, and having bloom as the main singer instead of musa the person who was actually skilled in singing and music and who taught bloom how to sing. like what?? i mean yeah i understand shes like powerful and the main main or whatever but musa, hello? its like the whole story took a bigggg shifted andd it wont make a lot of people happy. man, my childhood show is going down hill and it makes me really sad. theres times where im super confuse too. like how aisha boyfriend nabu was the only person i can recall who died... meanwhile trix hasn't died after a long time of fighting the winx until they werent seen for awhile. but no hate to trix cuz i actually like them, they are evil and badass females. and how the winx's style changes soooooo much to the point i lost count. i dont mind cuz ig some are actually nice thanks to stella but look at the trix, they had some couple new transformation but not as much as the winx they stayed the same styled, nd only focused on the winx. it's like the writer planned like 2 or 3 seasons until they found out winx club success to younger audience and then started to do more seasons... and now they just lost a couple thousands dollars or whateva on their new season for something most people wont watch anymore. im sorry but i feel like they ran out of ideas to the point they just did a newww concept. i dont like it, it doesnt match the whole story or concept from the beginning. i cant believe im saying this but i feel like they should've end the series a long time ago, or at least take a deeper thought in what they are doing from beginning to end and not last minute thoughts. it's not even winx club anymore. i was a child so honestly like liked winx club and i didn't mind the art style. now that ive rewatched it, it looks bad from season 1 but honestly i still dont mind it, cuz editing skills back then was something to master and prefect so i dont blame them. just an opinion. i dont mean to hurt or offend anyone. i just needed to tell someone or at least get this out there for people. edit: omg! i forgot to mention how the weir transformation like cosmix winx, tyinx winx, butterflix winx. like for butterflix, has unnecessary dancing thats like freaking more than 2 minute long, two rounds of looking at each member, like?but dont get me wrong, the edit of the member itself is actually really good, lost of details, the characters look amazing. and ohh dont get me started with tynix, i dont even know what the heck that transformation was for. i dont know why it goes so slow, for them to pose, and stuff like no! theres an evil villian trying to attack and your going to pose! no. cosmix, uhmm honestly from just seeing it, it's nothing like the previous art we encounter while watching this show. they dont look like they are older but much younger from the art style. the whole style is completely different. but since theres so much negative thoughts on winx's new season heres some positivity. it goes faster now the transformation goes faster than tynix lmao, ig they heard out complaints. i love aisha's look, it actually looks good.but is it just me or do i hear plastic and not cosmix "we are the plastic" "plastics in our hearts" is was i hear.... lmao

So we were walking back to Alfea. I was pretty darn happy that my head wasn't spinning. I didn't want anymore trouble. When we finally got to Alfea, I sat in my nice, cozy bed. GET THAT? NICE COZY? I found out that when i fell, I hurt myself really bad. Like,really. I seriously hurts like I am having a child in my stomach. Wait. What if the trix put a SPELL on me? I really don't want a child. I am only 16! I figured out, I am not better than the winx, and I really need them.
