All but Klaus killed JENNA!

Damon, Klaus and Kat are among my fave characters on this show. But if I had to choose who was the worst, I guess I'd choose Damon even though he's my absolute favorite. The characters Klaus and Katherine killed/hurt didn't mean anything to them. But Damon killed his brother's best friend and his nephew or whatever he was. So I guess that makes it worse than killing someone who has no connection to you at all.

But...

This is a supernatural show, these are all vampires, and off course it's awful what they did, but I don't apply the same morals here as on the regular human beings. If I did then every single vampire + Alaric would be unredeemable because for me no murder can be forgiven. So I just value the characters on this show by their personality and the ability to change. I don't approve killing people, but if they change like Damon did, or like Stefan is trying to, then I think they can be redeemed. They have to be, because this is a vampire show and 90% of its characters are murderers.

What these 3 have done is worse to us only because we knew the characters they killed, but that doesn't mean they are worse than other vampires on the show.

Noone. I can forgive them.
