If it were the way you wrote it, it would be pretty awful, because it would mean that she sees him as something dispensable. But this way I think she was just trying to say that Stefan doesn't except her as a vampire and he's constantly trying to "fix" her.

She was dead on with what she said about Stefan and too Stefan that night. All Stefan cares about is human Elena he has no feelings for Vampire Elena. So his love it completely conditional. When Damon's love is unconditional. He has always loved her for who she is no matter what that is real love in my opinion. I agree with tanyya all Stefan has done since Elena has become a vampire is try and fix her and change her. Which is ridiculous, and must be so hurtful for her.

i was a little bit upset she has to be compelled to say these things. I want her to say these things to Stefan without compulsion, i want her to be honest with herself and with Stefan too. But then i realized they used compulsion because Elena and Stefan are barely honest with each other so i accept it.
