why is the sims 3 take too long to load?

The reason it takes so long is becasue the awesomeness is practicaly leaking out of the game, and the computer needs to make sure all of it gets in the game :)

Depending on the file system your hard drive uses, there may be a to the number of files anda can have in a single folder. For FAT16 file systems, the is 512 files in a single folder. For FAT32 file systems, the is 65,517 files in a single folder. If anda are using the NTFS file system, anda do not need to worry about limits. There is a (well over 4 billion) but it is so large, you're never going to reach it.

However, anda can resolve file limits oleh using subfolders in your Downloads folder. To see what anda can subfolder and a further guide to organizing your custom content, see: Game Help:Organizing Custom Content.

Sims 2 does not have a physical to the amount of custom content anda can use. If it does, that number is higher than anyone has ever found - and anda will run out of patience with long load times way before anda ever reach it.

Because there is a lot to download, the Sims, the nature, the city and so on.

I only have it on wii and it doesn't take that long :P

Because it has a lot of data and detail it is a life simulator after all. :) personally it only takes 5-8 min to load on my computer but yours might be older so I guess that's why it takes so long?
