Episode 5: Halloween, Season 2. They pretend Jim is Michael because they're trying to get Dwight a job at "Cumberland Mills" and they want to see what Michael thinks of Dwight.

it was the episode where pam and jim were setting dwight up for a job interview and "michael" was one of dwight's people that would say he was experienced. i guess jim wsa just answering pertanyaan on dwight's work ethic.
