No because his existence is only in the spin-off series The Lion Guard. Kiara is the only child of Simba's in TLK + TLK 2 officially. Kion is not Kopa and Kion does not die or disappear like many Kopa believers think. KIon is in TLG as Kiara's little brother and he's alive and happy with his family.

Kion(working name: Chaka) it was erased from the story of the movie, so it is missing in the movie. In 2014, Disney put it back in the story of the series under the name Kion.
As far as such people as boytoy_84 are very funny to me, with their bullshits that write under every post connected with Kion.
For such individuals as these, Disney was greedy, incongruous, not familiar with the story of the series, and so on.
