TV link man arrested! 

That sucks. Although i don't use it anymore.

The news said that they haven't charged him with anything bc the tv shows were all linked to other websites. He didnt actually break any copyright laws.

Wahoo! Loophole five to him! I suppose the alluc people can't get arrested either because they also use links.

This scares me because if he got arrested for this, then doesn't that mean they could arrest anybody. I mean think about it, we all link videos to fanpop all the time, like this guy did with his site, what's to stop the cops from arresting us!

Thats a good point & totally true! They arrested him for "embedding" illegally uploaded videos so can`t they arrest fanpopppers =O? LOL but fanpop isn`t all about the videos sooo...

it's not like they're gonna arrest us.
there's thousands of fanpoppers.
it's like trying to arrest everyone who downloads music.

yeah it shut down and i googled it a few weeks ago. i was sooo sad. he didn't do anything WRONG, he wasn't hosting them.

So THAT'S what happened to tv-links. :(
