@spn4eva, I did my best to crop it and keep the idea behind the icon but I had to cut out half of his face, sorry.
@twiligher4evr, I'm sorry I didn't realize until I went to make the pick that your icon was rectangular [that's why the text is cut off] and I didn't have time to fix it for you.

Friendly reminder: All icons must be square. It's probably the most important thing when making your icon. If it's rectangular, it's going to get cut off in funky ways when I make the pick. I fixed spn4eva's because she said she was unable to fix it herself. But for future reference, I will not be fixing any others.

I know it's unclear .. sorry. Spent 3 hours on it. Can't believe how small its turned out . =(

@spn4eva, I would recommend starting out with a blank image sized 200x200. Resize the images your working with to fit that space, play with how they fit, how to crop them, what kind of text fits in that space etc. And test to see how it looks when small by zooming out on it. Always keep in mind that it's going to show up smaller when the pick is made, so if you can't read the text when it's zoomed out then it probably needs to be bigger or in a brighter color. :)
