Nah, don't think so.
It's logical that Sam is sexually frustrated (I mean, in the timeline of the series he only had sex like, one time) and Bela is a very gorgeous woman.
However, can you really see something happening between honest, sensitive Sam and the selfish Bela? Don't get me wrong, I quite like Bela, but I don't see anything happening between them and think that episode was added in for comic effect (since the entire episode was about dreams and the subconcious we got to have a look in Sam's mind which is surprisingly dirty for someone like Sam :P)

I think I kinda want something to happen between them. not sure I want it to go too far but might be interesting to see how it happens and more interaction between them both.

oh God no. If Bela is going to have that type of relationship with one of the boys, it should be Dean. And even them I'm still really iffy on it. But her and Sam? Nope. Nada. Not going to happen.
