A lot of girls watch Supernatural..

I'm a girl but my brother doesnt have fanpop and its his favorite show so i am voting for him

I love supernatural! I dont love it cuz the guys r cute, cuz i would think most girls watch it cuz they are cute, but i like the whole cool thingy. I'm not even into them really. I just love Scifi. But, girls watch 4 my reason 2. and guys!

Yeah I don't necessarily watch it for the hot guys (Dean in particular) but they really don't hurt!!! ;)

I think it's just the fact that mostly girls watch tv shows like SPN and Heroes. Alot of guys are afraid of committment. xD

I luv Supernatural coz I luv the story between the demons and the humans its really awesome and I couldn't live without Supernatural and a LOT of girls watch it.

with 2 hot guys in the show,it's for sure..girls watches supernatural most..

i love the supernatural humour!!!! it's like the best part of the show, and of course the hottness doesn't stop me from watching...

I didn't know so many girls watched Supernatural! I don't watch it for the hot guys, although that is a plus, I love the sarcasm, the stories, the plots. Its all genius.^_^

This hardly proves that the fanbase is largely female. It only proves that the Fanpoppers are mostly female.

My cuzzin watches and hes a guy and my lil nephews watch it as well but they mostly just like watching the everybody loves a clown episode on repeat they are so annoying LOL

Which is why I find it particularly annoying that there are no great recurring girl characters on this show. They're either: 1 - evil, 2 - there to die, or 3 - the flavor of the week. Could we get a SINGLE female character with her own purpose and personal issues who sticks around? Come ON.

The show's got everything you want! For a guy, it has two male heroes to look up to, smoking hot babes (rather human, demon, angel or...whatever else), comedy, action, guns, bad-ass car, and junk food!

I watch it for the stories and for the two awesome brothers. They are not only good looking but have great personalities.

I'm a blood and gore and horror kind of girl, so that's the main reason as to why I enjoy this show so much. But you know, Jensen Ackles... I ain't complaining.

I get the impression that a lot of girls appreciate the family aspect of it (as well as the hot guys), but I also think there are more girls on Fanpop in general, and that girls are somewhat more inclined to be a part of the fandom as well, rather than just watch the show.

Come on two smoking hot guys kicking some good old fashioned supernatural ass, WHAT MORE COULD A GIRL WANT?!!! I like the Sy-fy, horror,mystery, and gory kind of stuff too so that is another reason to like supernatural and each episode has life lesson or apsect that you can use in everyday life, which attracts viewers from both sides :-)

I'm not surprised there's more men than women. And I think it's because of the fact that it's about two brothers travelling fighting monsters. Like OneWay623 said, there's a lot of "fanservice" provided for the girls, meanwhile barely any for the guys. Because (like Jared/Jensen/Misha stated in an interview) us girls are very sexist against our own kind, whenenver a chick is introduced into the show she gets terrible ratings and is killed off. But because no female survives in Supernatural, guys don't get the fanservice us girls get. The show really bends to appeal to us ladies.

This doesn't prove ANYTHING! There's just more girls using fanpop and talking about that way! But I think there is at least as many guys who are fans! The whole show seems more like a show that would mostly be for guys!

i love supernatual and so does my brothers and one close friend that i know off i am surpised that more girls like it more than boys to me its for both genders i watch it mostly for the storylines and the mythology behind them and i love the characters
