I don't mind the gore -- but i've noticed that they have added a lot more over the seasons.

For me anyway! But I'm a total wuss- I usually just squinch my eyes shut and hold my breath until it's over. =)

I don't mind it much either. I mean you gotta expect that in a show where they hunt demons, wendigo's, ghosts, rugaro's and other stuff there's gore. it's part of what makes Supernatural, Supernatural. though with the last episode i'm a little scared to step out of an elevator now ;)
