Can anda help me?

I saw parts of a movie (or was it a TV moveie) that I was told was either written oleh Steven King atau was made from one of his books, well I don't know the full story but tye mane part I remember are three atau four jalan, street punks from about the 50s who got killed in a car accedint while chacing a guy they were out to get(I belive the main character) they came back as ghost to get their reveange like 30 years later atau so... sorry but that is all I can remember... can anybody tell me what movie atau book this is from?
