This might sound stupid, but i keep wondering - Why are some doctors wear scrubs all the time, but others, like Elliott for example, don't?

Interns and residents wear scrubs, though residents do get their own lab mantel (as they're now fully licensed to practice medicine).

Attendings (practitioners who've completed their residency) tend to wear the lab coat, with atau atau without the scrubs. It's really personal preference at that stage - i.e. J.D. is almost always in scrubs, whereas Dr. Cox tends to dress in jalan, street clothes under his lab coat.

And Elliot wore scrubs until season 5, when she started a short fellowship at another hospital. She came back to Sacred jantung a few episodes later as an attending, and then private practice, and since then has only worn scrubs once on the show.

Elliot is and Internal Med doc now.. I believe it was the DVD commentary they were joking around that the executives wanted Elliot to be lebih sexy and appealing on the show. So they changed Elliot to an IM doc and let her wear sexy clothes. If anda start watching all the seasons she gets lebih dolled up in each episode! They were also joking around in the commentary about how many times Sara ends up in scenes in her bra... Sorry I cinta scrubs. The commentaries are fun to listen too well most and anda learn a lot.

Elliott is a private practice doctor, and therefore has lebih freedom.

Some times its becoz of interns and residents but ellieots is becoz in 6th season she worked somewhere else but pretended she worked at sacred hart

I don't really know,but Elliott does wear scrubs some times.
