Well I think sometimes he does come on too strong with yelling at Mordecai and Rigby but again that's what he does because it's not good when he holds his anger in..I feel he just wants Mordecai and Rigby to their work and not slack off (even though slacking off is what they do best!) but sometimes I think he doesn't show it but I think he's a good boss sometimes more than others.

Well more or less...

He can be. Not the best boss ever but not the worst boss ever :)

Why he gets mad at Mordecai and Rigby is reasonable, but at the end of The Best Burger in the World where he eats Mordecai and Rigby's burgers just makes me want to punch that fat greedy pig with a brick.

I really don't like Benson. Mordocai and Rigby deserves a better boss than Benson....

Lol even though i love Mordecai and Rigby more then him -How could youi say they deserve a better boss? XD

If someone was as a lazy slacker as Mordecai and Rigby are,he/she would get fired on their first day! And Benson still keeps up with them.

Sure,he yells but woulden't you? xD lol

Also,i think he's very professional,which is great!

But he still shows that he cares about his e mployees as friends.

And another thing:If you had a family which tought you that the only way to get things is by yelling....how would you grow up to be?
