They are both bad-ass, but definitely. Katniss is much more resourceful (Yes, Tris could make it through all the obstacles on her test, but she needed practice before hand. Katniss could make it through getting stung by tracker jackers and almost getting burned to death without any prior training.) and Katniss has more knowledge in weaponry. (Tris practiced a lot with guns, but with fist fighting she was pretty weak and didn't have much other knowledge in weapons, while Katniss can use both knifes and a bow) But both girls got game. ;D
