I'm a big fan of both shows, but South Park manages to stay as funny, while Family Guy starts to get more and more 'meh' to me. I still love the newer seasons of Family Guy though.

I love Family Guy, but after a while those flashbacks become knock knock jokes. That's what I think. I love the new Family Guy anyways.

South Park can be funny with any of the characters, and is intelligent most of the time. Family Guy panders to the nostalgia of the older generations and the crass idiocy of the younger. But it CAN be funny...if it uses Brian and Stewie together; on their own they're nothing to second glance at. I really don't care for that show, so South Park all the way.
